Tonto Dikeh Foundation sets off Back To School Project




Girls and boys who learn to read, write and count will provide a better future for their families and countries. With improved education, so many other areas are positively affected. In short, education has the power to make the world a better place. In lieu of this, the educational initiative of the Tonto Dikeh foundation themed "Back To School" was set on track on Monday 23rd January 2017 to provide support to Nigerian children in their academic endeavor.

The first phase of the educational scholarship kicked off at the SUNSHINE. PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL KARAMAJIGI DISABLE COLONY ABUJA FCT with over 200 children in attendance showing her commitment towards empowering the children, youths and giving back to the society through educational programme.

Establishing her leadership ability, Tonto Dikeh is widely known to walk her talk and a woman of her word by giving back to the society in meaningful ways that impacts lives positively and would in turn lead to growth and development of the state.  The TTDF Back to School initiative is aimed at providing support to Nigerian children in the academic endeavors and educational pursuit. The initiative, in its bid to stretch its hand of generosity to other kids in different state of the federation, has decided to extend the project to Lagos, Rivers, and Delta state
